PVDF is an alterative to PTFE in many applications where better mechanical properties are required. Food approved, with excellent chemical resistance. PVDF has high rigidity, and operates over a wide temperature range (up to 150C). Abrasion resistance, flame resistance, and UV stability are also strengths of this material.
