TURNING - turning facilities allow us to manufacture precision machined components form 1mm to 500mm Ø and a maximum length of 1000mm

MILLING -  milling facilities allow us to manufacture to a maximum travel length of 36" and maximum width of 24"

CNC M/C's (MILLING and TURNING) - 3-axis machining centres allow the manufacture of more complex components, with exact repeatability and very tight tolerances

VACUUM FORMING - forming facilities allow us to manufacture to a maximum panel size of 700mm x 700mm and a maximum depth of 180mm

ROUTERING - CNC Routers allow us to manufacture precision components, normally manufactured on a mill, at greater speed

HOT / COLD LINE BENDING - To a maximum of 3 metres

DRILLING - various multi-headed drills allow us to drill precision holes at a great speed from a minimum Ø of 0.20mm to a maximum of 50.0mm. Larger holes can be drilled using our Turning / Routering facility

SAWING / PLANING -  various Table / Band saws allow us to a minimum width of 6mm. Our Planing facility allows us to offer a planed thickness of any sheet / Cut panel (with a minimum width of 12" and a maximum height of 8") To a tolerance of ±0.010"

PRESSES - Our range of presses allow us to manufacture a range of gaskets from 5mm Ø to 1000mm dia. from most gasketing materials. Our hydraulic presses allow us to manufacture graphite rings from 5mm Ø to 1000mm dia.
